Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in an additional deposit being required for the rebook.
No-Shows and Late Cancellations:
Failing to show up for your appointment or giving less than 72 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive our services. Please be considerate!
The 72-hour cancellation policy gives us enough time to inform clients on our waitlist of any availability.
